BLIA Sport Fun Day 2018 was a great opportunity for St.George Martial Arts Academy to meet the locals of the St.George district on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Members Musa and Younis's mum Joya shares her thoughts on St.George Martial Arts Academy in Kogarah and how it has boosted her children's confidence, coordination and focus!

Teenagers and Adults train together in our Seniors Martial Arts program drawing techniques from various fighting arts with an emphasis on our core Taekwondo system. Students become confident and learn to stand tall as the training begins to shape their character into the best version of themselves – with a goal of becoming an internationally certified (Kukkiwon) Black Belt.

Alex and his awesome kids have been training at St.George Martial Arts Academy in Kogarah for over a year now and in this video they discuss with us how it has had a positive change to their lives and we get to see how much fun they are having whilst learning self defence and staying fit, strong and healthy!
