Running classes at our Kogarah branch every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with classes operating from 4.30pm to 7.30pm weekdays and 10.00am to 1.00pm on the weekend. Our Kogarah branch offers over 400m2 of professional grade Martial Arts mats, pads and combat equipment. We operate 3 active courts running concurrent classes for your convenience, allowing families to come and train all at the same time in our age specific classes.

With plenty of on-site parking, members can enter the car park directly from Princes Highway (the entrance of James Cook Boys Technology High School, immediately after the TAFE which is next door) and park without time restriction. Once parked, members simply make their way walking straight through the school grounds to the main hall, adjacent to the football field or they can take a 1 min stroll on the footpath along Princes Highway entering by the side gate where our SGMAA flags are waving. From here you can enter the hall and ask one of our friendly staff for assistance and they will get you ready for your FREE TRIAL class.
